7 arrested, 2 wanted on drug charges

YORK, Pa. (WHTM) – Seven people were arrested and two more are charged following a six-month investigation into the sale of heroin and other drugs in southeastern York County.

The arrests were announced Tuesday by the York County Drug Task Force, which conducted the investigation with state police.

The following people were charged and taken into custody:

– Raymond T. Rice, 21, of Delta, accused of selling heroin to an undercover trooper;

– Jonathan R. Fisher, 26, of Airville, charged with possession with the intent to manufacture marijuana resulting from a September search where troopers found several marijuana plants in Peach Bottom Township;

– Jordan R. King, 26, Stewartstown, charged with possession with the intent to deliver heroin;

– Jeffrey N. Almoney, 46, of Delta, accused of selling heroin to an undercover trooper;

– David W. Mabe, 45, of Delta, charged with possession with the intent to deliver heroin;

– Robert C. Fizer, 25, of Whiteford, Maryland, accused of selling prescription drugs during an undercover investigation;

– Jaymi L. Smith, 25, of Whiteford, Maryland, charged with delivery of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy;

Warrants have been issued for:

– Cory A. Berry, 29, of Airville, charged with delivery of heroin;

– Jeremiah E. Nevins, 33, of Street, Maryland, charged with delivery of heroin and criminal conspiracy.
