LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – The Lancaster County coroner says the two bodies found yesterday along the Susquehanna River were of two males.
The bodies were located Wednesday afternoon within two miles of each other in Manor Township.
The first body was found around 4:30 p.m. near Powerhouse and River roads. The second body was discovered about an hour later near the Safe Harbor Dam.
Officials reported earlier that a Lancaster man was believed to have jumped into the river from the Route 30 bridge between Columbia and Wrightsville on Jan. 14, and his body was never recovered.
Autopsies have been scheduled for Friday.
