LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – An Elizabethtown man will serve up to 5 years in prison for the four times he was arrested for DUI in just four months.

Dallas L. Unangst, 23, was sentenced to 1-5 years after pleading guilty in Lancaster County Court, according to the district attorney’s office.

Unangst’s first arrest came in April, and two more came within three hours in June. Police said his blood-alcohol content was .176 when he was stopped in the 1200 block of South Market Street in Mount Joy Township just before midnight on June 4.

In the early morning of June 5, police saw him pull into a McDonald’s in the 1900 block of South Market Street and arrested him again. He told police he was hungry and thought he had sobered up since his previous arrest.

On July 19, Manheim Township police found him passed out behind the wheel at a Taco Bell and charged him for driving under the influence of prescription pills.
