Lancaster man headed to trial in fatal shooting

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A city man has been ordered to trial for a fatal shooting in January.

A district judge last week found enough evidence against 24-year-old Kendell Foster to send criminal homicide and gun charges to Lancaster County Court, according to the district attorney’s office.

Foster is accused of killing Ahmeen Clanton after the two argued in the area of Howard and Shippen streets on Jan. 28.

Clanton, 30, died from a gunshot to the head.

Foster is being held in the county prison without bail.

A formal arraignment is scheduled March 24.
