LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A former Willow Street firefighter will serve up to 20 years in prison for sexually abusing five children since 1997.
Stanley K. Todd, 29, was sentenced to 10-20 years after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to numerous counts of child sex abuse, according to the Lancaster County district attorney’s office.
After he’s released from prison, Todd will have to register his address with state police for the rest of his life.
Authorities said Todd had sexual relations with two 15-year-old girls who were junior firefighters at departments where he volunteered. Another accuser says Todd indecently assaulted her in a Pequea Township home when she was between 10 and 11 years old.
A fourth accuser said Todd sexually abused her over six years, beginning when she was 10 years old. She said he threatened to drown her, cut her throat, and “bash” her head in if she told anyone about the abuse or did not give in to his sexual demands.
Todd is a former a member of West Willow Fire Company.
His stepfather, Anthony Todd, is charged with not reporting the abuse of a junior firefighter while he was a fire company officer. His case is pending.
