HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A Harrisburg man faces up to 5 years in prison for what authorities say is his third DUI offense.
Otto A. Brown was reportedly driving 10 under the posted 55 mph speed limit when an officer pulled him over on Route 283 in Lower Swatara Township.
Brown reportedly smelled of alcohol and failed to pass a roadside sobriety test.
When transported to a local hospial, Brown refused to take a blood test.
In addition to a prison sentence, Brown faces an 18-month license suspension and fines totaling up to $10,000.
Brown is scheduled to be sentenced in April.
