Shots fired in Harrisburg neighborhood, police shut down street

HARRISBURG, Pa — (WHTM) Harrisburg police shut down parts of 18th and Paxton St. following a report of shots fired according to police.

Police remain to have a heavy presence while officers investigate a shots fired call.

A source told ABC27 News that a person driving a vehicle fired several shots towards a home along 18th St. Police later confirmed that shots were fired, but nobody was hit.

The source also told ABC27 News this was not the first time shots have been fired in this neighborhood in recent days.
