Peanut Oat Energy Bites

Make 30 bites

Ingredients:
· 1½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
· ½ cup ground flaxseed
· ½ cup mini chocolate chips
· 1 cup creamy peanut butter
· ¼ cup honey
· ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, stir together oats, flaxseed, and mini chocolate chips.
2. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Mix until thoroughly combined (the mixture will be very thick).
3. Roll the mixture into equal-sized balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
