Retaliation a possible motive in Harrisburg’s latest homicide

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Police say they haven’t ruled out retaliation as a possible motive for the city’s latest homicide.

Freddie Williams, 49, had a long history of drug convictions and recently testified at a homicide trial, police said.

Williams died at a hospital after he was shot multiple times Monday night in the area of 14th and Kittatinny streets.

Police have not announced any arrests or suspects.
