SPICY SESAME PASTA SALAD
CAN BE SERVED HOT OR COLD
1/3 C Tastealotta Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 TBSP Soy Sauce or Tastealotta Traditional Balsamic Vinegar ( to reduce sodium)
3 TBSP Tastealotta White Wine Vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp Tastealotta Sesame Seed Oil
1 TBSP grated ginger
1 head of broccoli, cut into florettes
2 Red Peppers, sliced thin
4 green onions chopped
1 cup of sliced almonds, toasted
Optional: 1 Lb cooked shrimp or chicken
1 bag Al Dente Spicy Sesame Pasta
Mix first 6 ingredients in bowl. Bring large pot of water to boil.
Stir in pasta, then add broccoli. Test pasta in 3 minutes.
Drain pasta and broccoli. Toss with dressing, peppers, green onions and almonds
Serve immediately or at room temperature.
