LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lancaster man will serve up to 12 years in state prison after pleading guilty to his fourth groping case.
Judge Dennis Reinaker sentenced 39-year-old Maurice Donnell Green to 6 to 12 years in prison for his latest offense in June.
It happened at a Lancaster city bus station. Green reportedly groped a woman with intellectual disabilities. He then followed her for 40 minutes and snatched her phone as she called a friend for help, authorities say.
Green plead guilty to indecent assault, stalking and theft in exchange for the sentence. The sentence was near the maximum allowable penalties for the four misdemeanor counts.
Green was convicted in 2007 and 2009 for groping incidents in North Carolina, and in 2009 for an incident in New York, according the district attorney’s office.
