Lebanon man faces charges after domestic dispute turns to gunfire

LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) – Police say a domestic dispute led to gunfire and ended with the arrest of a Lebanon man.

Mikhail Rolon, 26, is now facing multiple charges including discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, recklessly endangering another person and simple assault.

Officers were dispatched around 4:23 a.m. Friday to the area of 8th and Chestnut streets for a report of a woman in distress.

Police located the woman who told officers she had just left her apartment in the 700 block of Chestnut St.

At the apartment, police say they found Rolon holding a rifle while standing on the second floor landing.

Police say Rolon led officers on a brief foot chase but was arrested shortly after.

According to police, the couple had a dispute following a New Year’s Eve celebration. During the dispute, Rolon allegedly assaulted the woman, causing minor injury.

Rolon also reportedly fired a single shot into a wall which traveled through a neighbor’s bedroom.

No one was reportedly injured by the gunfire.
