RED LION, Pa. (WHTM) – Police say they’ve made an arrest for a threat to the Red Lion Area School District.
The district received a threat of violence in an email Monday around 5:30 p.m. and passed the information along to authorities, York Area Regional police said.
Police said they quickly determined who sent the email. The person was located, interviewed and arrested for terroristic threats and related charges.
The suspect was not identified.
Police said there is no reason for concern at this time.
The case is still being investigated. No other information was available.
