EPHRATA, Pa. (WHTM) – Police have arrested a man who’s wanted for a shooting incident in Ephrata last month.

Omar A. Colon Jr., 26, was arrested Thursday in Lancaster, police said. He was arraigned on a charge of aggravated assault and sent to Lancaster County Prison on $50,000 bail.

Police say Colon on Nov. 9 exchanged punches with another man in the 200 block of Church Avenue, and then fired a shot at the victim as that man walked away.

The shot missed and the man was not injured.
