WILLOW STREET, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lancaster County man already facing trial for sexually abusing three girls has been charged again for having indecent contact with a fourth girl, police said.
Stanley K. Todd, 29, of Willow Street, was charged Tuesday with three counts of indecent assault.
Southern Lancaster County Regional police said the charges stem from allegations made by a woman who says Todd indecently assaulted her in a Pequea Township home years ago when she was between the ages of 10 and 12.
Todd was first charged in May after police said he had sexual relations with two 15-year-old girls, both junior firefighters at departments where he volunteered.
Police added 14 additional counts in September, including rape of a child. According to charging documents, those charges stemmed from allegations Todd sexually abused a young girl over six years, beginning when she was 10 years old.
He also threatened to drown the girl, cut her throat, and “bash” her head in if she told anyone about the abuse or did not comply with his sexual demands, the criminal complaint states.
Police have also charged Todd’s stepfather, Anthony Todd, and Michael Topper, who were officers at the West Willow Fire Company in 2009. They said one of the junior firefighters told the men about the sexual abuse, but they did not report it to authorities.
