Kyle Nagurny, manager of the Chocolate Lab at the Hershey Story Museum made a stop into our kitchen with some news about their Holiday themed classes in the Chocolate Lab this upcoming holiday season.
Guests enjoy a 45-minute class where they learn about chocolate and make their own chocolate treat. Holiday-themed Chocolate Lab Classes are being held daily – now through January 1, 2016, and include the following:
- Candy Cane Bark – guests make peppermint bark using white and milk chocolate and crushed candy canes!
- Create a Kris Kringle – Mold fresh chocolate into a vintage Santa.
- Make a Very Merry Bar – Mold and customize a milk chocolate bar with your choice of holiday ingredients.
- New!! Chocolate Reindeer – Guests make their own edible reindeer using white and milk chocolate and toppings.
