15-year-old charged in fatal Harrisburg shooting

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Police have charged a 15-year-old boy with criminal homicide in connection to one of two shootings in Harrisburg Friday night.

Jasuan Johnson surrendered himself to police shortly after midnight Saturday. Police say Johnson’s family arranged the surrender.

According to a press release, the shooting happened just before 6 p.m. Friday at the corner of 5th and Radnor in the uptown section of the city.

The victim has been identified as 25-year-old Rashaad Gallmon-Queen.

Johnson is also charged with possession of firearm by minor, and firearms not to be carried without a license.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 8 before Judge Barbara W. Pianka.
