JONESTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) – Two sexual assault victims have come forward nearly 10 years after they were sexually assaulted in Lebanon County, police say.
Samuel Frank Marrero Nardo Sr., 46, of Reading, has been arrested in connection to the assault.
Police say the women were assaulted between May 2004 and May 2005 while Nardo was living in their home. The victims were reportedly 14 and 9 at the time. Nardo was 35 or 36.
Monday, Nardo was arraigned and charged with rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 16 years of age, unlawful contact with a minor, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors.
District Judge Kim R. Wolfe set his bail at $100,000.
