Police: Unknown man found in Harrisburg street may be victim of hit-and-run

Harrisburg police released these photos of an unknown man who may be the victim of a hit-and-run.

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A man found unconscious in the 1700 block of Paxton Street early Sunday may be the victim of a hit-and-run, police said.

The unidentified man had several injuries and cuts to his head when a passerby found him the road around 2:44 a.m. He was taken to a hospital for treatment but had not regained consciousness as of Monday morning, police said in a news release.

Cam 1 (2)The victim is a white man in his mid-40’s to 50’s, 5’0″ to 5’4″ tall, 140 pounds, and was wearing dark clothing. He is missing part of his middle finger on his left hand, police said.
