UPDATE: 4 year-old ejected, killed in crash in Adams County

HUNTINGTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) – Police said a four-year-old boy was killed in Saturday morning’s crash in Adams County.

The Adams County Coroner said they discovered a four-year-old boy dead at the scene following a one-car crash. Police said a woman driving the car northbound on Route 15 left her lane, tried to correct her car, but lost control and slammed into a center guardrail.

Police said the young boy was ejected and went through the rear window. Four other people were in the car and received minor injuries. No word if the boy or others were wearing seat belts. Police said the investigation continues.

PREVIOUS: The Adams County Coroner has been called to the scene of an accident along Route 15.

Police and rescue crews were dispatched around 11:31 this morning to an accident on Route 15 in Huntington Township.

Police said the accident occurred between Exit 234: Heidlersburg/East Berlin and Exit 94: York Springs.

All lanes are currently closed.

An investigation is ongoing.
