HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A Highspire man will spend 10-20 years in a state prison for trying to kill his estranged wife.
Clark Huff, 52, was sentenced Monday after pleading no contest to charges of attempted homicide, aggravated assault, terroristic threats and recklessly endangering, according to the Dauphin County district attorney’s office.
Prosecutors said Huff threatened to kill his estranged wife and himself after a January 20 counseling session to discuss their pending divorce. He then followed his wife down Front Street in Harrisburg and rammed her car several times, causing both vehicles to crash.
When several bystanders ran to help, Huff told them he was trying to kill his wife and kill himself.
