Police: Man threatened girlfriend, teens with golf club

LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lebanon man is facing charges for his role in a fight involving his girlfriend and two teens.

Police say an officer patrolling in the area of 6th and Walnut streets observed 38-year-old Jason Davies yelling at his girlfriend and two teenage boys. He reportedly had a golf club and a belt in his hands.

According to a police report, Davies was in a physical altercation with his girlfriend when the teens tried to intervene. That’s when Davies threatened them with the belt and golf club.

Police say Davies then took a bike from one of the teens.

There were no reports of injuries.

Davies was taken into custody shortly after the incident and charged with robbery, simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

He was committed to the Lebanon County Correctional Facility on $50,000 bail.
