The air is crisp, the temperatures are dropping and it is almost Halloween. All of that means Hersheypark in the Dark is ready to open.
Starting Friday, families can visit the park every weekend through November 1 for a reduced price. Regular, one-day admission is $35 and guests get access to everything except for the Boardwalk.
Hersheypark in the Dark invites kids and their parents to dress up and go trick-or-treating through Treatville. Inside Treatville, you will find 11 candy stops and musical performances.
The park’s rides are also getting a Halloween twist. For the last hour every night, the park will turn out the lights on the three wooden coasters as well as Laff Trakk.
With admission, guests can also access ZooAmerica through the park. The zoo’s Creatures of the Night exhibit lets guests see the nocturnal habits of the animals.
The zoo treats the animals with fall-flavored treats and allows guests to touch some reptiles in a new exhibit.
While you’re at the sweetest place on earth, enjoy the sweet treats. New this year, a pumpkin funnel cake!
