HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lower Paxton man has plead guilty to aggravated assault and other charges related to a domestic violence incident involving a chainsaw.
Police say the incident dates back to October of 2014.
According to a police report, Michael Einzig, 50, used a chainsaw to threaten a woman he previously had a relationship with and a man who was at the woman’s home.
When police arrived on scene, Einzig confessed that he told one of the victims that he “would have chopped him up with the chainsaw” if it had started soon.
There no injuries reported in the incident.
Einzig is expected to face a 3 to 10 year prison sentence beginning November 20.
