Ashely Stlotz told us all about the Pub’s most popular food.
“We put a dry rub on the chicken and roast it in lager, it is so tender, it falls right off the bone! We accompany the pulled chicken with aged cheddar, chipotle barbecue sauce and creamy house made coleslaw, it’s served with your choice of our IPA fries or a salad!”
Another popular sandwich is Irv’s salmon pastrami reuben.
“Our salmon pastrami reuben is a top seller too! The salmon is cured with the same spices of pastrami (coriander, clove, all spice and mustard) then smoked! We pair with house made witbier braised sauerkraut, Russian dressing, gruyere cheese and marble rye! Also served with your choice of IPA fries or a salad!”
