WEST HEMPFIELD TWP., Pa. – Police are searching for a Dallastown woman who’s wanted on sexual assault charges.
On Tuesday, police issued an arrest for 39-year-old Nicole Fritchlee. She has been charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.
Charges stem from incidents that spanned over a 2 year period while Fritchlee resided at home in West Hempfield Township, police say.
According to police report, Fritchlee is known to stay with friends in York County, including an address in Spring Garden Township and Landisville.
Police received a tip that she may have taken a train to Scranton over the weekend with her 3-year-old daughter.
