Bacon-Wrapped BBQ Meatballs on a Skewer

Ingredients:

1 pound beef
1 pound pork
1 Tbs. parsley
2 cloves minced garlic
2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Soak wooden skewers overnight for grilling.

2. Mix all ingredients and roll into meatballs, wrap with a half-slice of bacon, and skewer.

3. Grill approx 20 minutes, baste with BBQ sauce and cook more than 5 minutes.
