Police say a Leola man convicted of child pornography has broken probation by viewing pornography.
Jack T. Neuenschwander, 20, was committed to Lancaster County Prison on June 22. This, after he was sentenced in May to five years of probation.
Police say Neuenschwander broke a judge’s order when he viewed pornography online and gained internet access under someone else’s identity.
Neuenschwander is now facing 6 to 23 months in prison, followed by five years of probation.
A judge’s court order requires that he undergo psychological treatment while behind bars.
Neuenschwander’s father Karl is also charged with child pornography. His case is pending.
