MYERSTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lebanon County man has been charged for an assault in which police say he struck a state trooper and attempted to hit another.

Michael A. Graham, 51, of Myerstown, is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and harassment, according to court records.

State police said they were called to the 100 block of South Cherry Street on Monday for a dispute between Graham and an electrical serviceman who was attempting to do his job.

Graham began arguing with the troopers and at one point threatened to kill himself. The troopers were attempting to restrain him when they were assaulted, police said.
