CARLISLE, Pa. (WHTM) – A Carlisle man and a teenager were arrested after police said they threatened to beat a person if they didn’t hand over their cigarettes.
Andre Fugh Jr., 18, of Carlisle, and the 17-year-old were arrested Monday evening in the 100 block of East North Street, borough police said.
The pair allegedly threatened the victim with serious bodily injury with a pipe. When the victim refused to hand over the cigarettes, Fugh continued his threats before fleeing the scene, police said.
Both were charged with robbery, theft and simple assault. Fugh was committed to Cumberland County Prison on $35,000 cash bail.
