(WHTM/WISH) — A popular way to communicate via text message is with emojis and it turns out each state uses one more frequently than the other.

A tech company called Swiftkey put together an interactive map to show each states most popular emoji.

According to Swiftkey, about 74 percent of Americans say they use emojis every day.

The company decided to analyze a billion emojis to see how people in each state use them.

The study shows that Pennsylvanians use the most raunchy and music emojis.

The cherries are the most popular emoji in Pennsylvania.

According to the study, California’s highest ranked emoji was for a taxi. To no one’s surprise Hawaii’s most used emoji was surfing. Rainbows also ranked high in the state.
