HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A man found slumped over the seat of a minivan early Wednesday had been shot in the chest, but police say he’s not cooperating with their investigation.

The silver minivan was stopped in the middle of the roadway at Front and Cumberland streets when officers responded at 12:38 a.m.

The 32-year-old victim was transported to Penn State Hershey Medical Center and was in critical but stable condition.

Police said the victim is not cooperating, nor is a woman who was in the van and witnessed the shooting.

They said they believe the shooting occurred in the 600 block of Camp Street, and they believe it is drug related.
