Police ID man wanted for stabbing 2 in Dover Township

DOVER, Pa. (WHTM) – Police have identified a suspect in a stabbing incident that injured two people in Dover Township early Monday.

David R. Kauffman, 18, of Paradise, is wanted on charges of aggravated assault, burglary, criminal trespass, simple assault, recklessly endangering, and criminal mischief, according to Northern York County Regional police.

His whereabouts are not known.

Kauffman is accused of stabbing two 19-year-old men, one from York and the other from West Manchester Township, during a party at a home in the 2900 block of Hemlock Drive.

Both men were transported to York Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening wounds.

Anyone with information on Kauffman’s whereabouts is asked to call the police department at 717-292-3647.
