LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lancaster man was arrested after a domestic incident in which police say he threw a knife at a 7-month-old child.
Lancaster police said the baby was not struck or injured, but a 2-year-old child was struck in the leg when 21-year-old Gebron L. Reid threw a car seat.
Reid additionally is accused of grabbing the neck and arms of his 19-year-old girlfriend, swinging a baseball bat at her and her mother and threatening to hit them with it, and smashing the mother’s belongings.
Police said after Reid was arrested at his home in the 100 block of Juniata Street, officers heard him threaten to kill the children, his girlfriend, and her mother.
Reid was charged with three counts of simple assault, endangering the welfare of children, recklessly endangering, retaliation against victims or witnesses, terrorostic threats, stalking, and criminal mischief.
He was jailed in Lancaster County Prison on $80,000 cash bail.
