WAYNESBORO, Pa. (WHTM) – State prosecutors have filed additional charges against a Franklin County man arrested last year for possession of child pornography.
Evan Matthew Lawbaugh, 32, of Waynesboro, was charged last week with 13 counts of manufacturing child pornography.
Lawbaugh was arrested in March 2014 after agents from the state attorney general’s office executed a search warrant at his home and seized various electronic devices.
A preliminary review showed at least 15 files of suspected child pornography, authorities said.
Investigators said they have since found multiple videos of Lawbaugh indecently assaulting an underage girl.
They said the investigation is ongoing and additional charges are expected.
Lawbaugh’s bail was set at $100,000 unsecured at a preliminary arraignment. A preliminary hearing is scheduled Aug. 4.
