Two Myerstown teens arrested after a series of crimes

MYERSTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) – According to Pennsylvania State Police, two teens broke into about fifteen vehicles before stealing an SUV on July 23 and 24.

Tristan Artz, 18, is currently in the Lebanon County Prison and the 15-year-old boy is in the Lancaster County Youth Intervention and Detention Center.

State Police say that Artz did burnouts in the front lawns of homes on Hilltop Road as well as in a cornfield on Woleber Road.

The two boys left the stolen SUV in a wooded creek bed near a business on Hilltop Road.

Investigators say even though only four people contacted them about their cars being broken into, the boys admitted to breaking into fifteen.
