HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – State prosecutors have announced charges against five men accused of dealing heroin in Lebanon County.
Jordan Padillas, Angel Rivera, Robert Velez, Codi Landeck, and Douglas Emswiler Jr., all of Lebanon, distributed roughly $100,000 worth of heroin during a three-month period, Attorney General Kathleen Kane’s office said Tuesday.
Investigators said they made several undercover drug buys from the men, approximately 20 bundles of heroin at a time.
Authorities were still looking for Padillas and Velez as of Tuesday morning.
Rivera and Landeck were arrested and placed in the Lebanon County Prison on $250,000 bail.
Emswiler was in the Camp Hill state prison on unrelated charges.
