Police look for suspect in smash-and-grab theft at Camp Hill Wal-Mart

CAMP HILL, Pa. (WHTM) – Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a thief who smashed a locked glass cabinet to steal Apple iPads from the Camp Hill Wal-Mart.

Lower Allen Township police on Monday released surveillance photos of their suspect and the vehicle he used.

Police said he placed the stolen iPads in a black laundry basket he also stole from the store, and left the area in a dark colored Chrysler Town and Country minivan Saturday around 2:45 a.m.

He is about 6 feet tall, and was wearing a white fishing hat, a white t-shirt under a black and white flannel shirt, gray pants, black and white sneakers, and work gloves.

Police believe the driver of the minivan was involved in the theft.
