Pa. police look to ID victim of ’95 cold case

EMBREEVILLE, Pa. (WHTM) – Police are renewing their plea for information in a 20-year-old homicide.

In July 1995, the head and body of a dismembered woman were found stuffed inside a maroon leather suitcase near Valley Creek in East Caln Township, Chester County.

The unknown woman’s legs were found several months later in Middletown Township, Bucks County.

Police are still trying to identify her. They believe she was between 18 and 40 years old, about 5’3” tall and 125 lbs, and had brown hair and brown eyes.

She was wearing a light-blue denim shirt with a collar, long sleeves, copper-colored buttons, light colored bands across the chest and back, and a denim skirt.
