LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) – Authorities have arrested a Lebanon woman and charged her for distribution of synthetic marijuana.
The Lebanon County Drug Task Force started an investigation in response to allegations that 29-year-old Jennifer Bergman was selling synthetic marijuana from her home on the first block of South 9th Street in Lebanon.
At the time of the arrest, agents say Bergman was in possession of 5 packages of “AK-47 X-10” , 4 packages of “Strawberry Extreme Aroma Therapy” and one 1 package of “Diablo.”
Bergman is charged with possession with intent to deliver synthetic marijuana, possession of synthetic marijuana, possession with intent to deliver a designer drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 27.
