911 hang up call leads to drug arrest

LEMOYNE, Pa. (WHTM) – A 911 hang up call led police to a man they said was planning to smoke marijuana with his friends.

West Shore Regional police arrested Jesse James Solazzi Saturday after someone called 911 and hung up.

Emergency dispatchers determined the call came from the 300-block of Market Street in Lemoyne.

When police arrived they followed an old Ford sedan seen driving away. Four juveniles were found inside when it stopped at a Sunoco in Camp Hill.

Solazzi was seen exiting the Sunoco after purchasing cigars he admitted were going to be used to smoke marijuana.

After further investigation, Solazzi gave officers marijuana that was inside the vehicle.

Solazzi was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing.

He faces charges for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
