MIDDLETOWN, Pa. (WHTM) – Route 230 roadways in Middletown have reopened for the holiday weekend.
According to a news release from the borough, crews removed all barriers Thursday. Work to replace a mile of sewer and water mains will resume on Monday.

Work will move to the section of East Main Street between North Union and Catherine streets on July 14.
The construction is a part of a project to rehabilitate almost a mile of sewer and water mains beneath the borough’s main east-west artery.
