School staffer arrested for drug paraphernalia

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A Conestoga Valley school employee was arrested after police said she was found in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Elizabeth Ann Fulton, 25, of Lancaster Township, was removed from Smoketown Elementary School Friday and booked on a misdemeanor count after the paraphernalia was discovered in the staff restroom, East Lampeter Township police said in a news release.

Fulton is a cafeteria aide, according to the school directory.

No students came in contact with the drug paraphernalia, police said.
