Man, 20, fatally shot in Harrisburg late Sunday

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A 20-year-old man was fatally shot late Sunday in the city’s second homicide of the weekend.

Police have identified the victim as Malik Mundy.

Mundy was found lying on a sidewalk when officers responded to the 31 row of Hall Manor just before midnight. Police said there were multiple gunshots to his body and bullet casings were found at the scene.

Detectives are interviewing witnesses and people of interest, police said in a news release. A police officer told ABC27 News they are searching for a suspect who may have been traveling in a silver van.

The homicide followed a fatal shooting early Saturday outside an after-hours club in the 500 block of South 19th Street.

Todd Dunlap, a 22-year-old father of eight, was pistol whipped then shot and killed during an argument.

Police are looking for 22-year-old John McDonald III in connection to Dunlap’s He is considered armed and dangerous.
