Enjoy this recipe for Buffalo and Curry Chicken Salad from Uniquely Greek Feta Spreads.
Yields two sandwiches or one plated salad
– 1 cup chopped chicken
– 1/2 cup celery
– 1 Tbsp blue cheese dressing
– 3 oz Uniquely Greek Buffalo Feta Spread
– Pinch of powdered curry
1. Place chicken, celery, spread and dressing in a bowl.
2. Sprinkle curry powder over bowl contents.
3. Mix until fully combined.
4. Add more of any of the ingredients to suit your taste.
5. Serve on bed of lettuce a wrap or bread and enjoy.
