Lancaster County dairy cleared to sell raw milk

A Lancaster County Dairy has been approved to resume selling raw milk after a sample tested positive for salmonella last month.

The Breezy Meadows Dairy on Stumptown Road in Bird-In-Hand, Lancaster County, can resume selling raw milk according to the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.

On April 7, the dairy had a routine sample test positive for the bacteria salmonella but has since completed the required inspections and is determined to be in compliance with milk regulations.
