Monday’s fire in York damaged seven row homes and displaced 18 people. Officials say it was intentionally set and has been ruled an arson.
The fire started Monday afternoon in the 500 block of Walnut Street in York. Neighbors say it began in a vacant home before spreading to six others.

This arson is the second on Walnut Street in the last week, according to officials.
