LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) – Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man suspected of robbing a discount store Thursday afternoon.

Lebanon police on Friday released a surveillance photo from the Family Dollar at 306 Cumberland Street.

The man claimed he had a gun but did not show one when he demanded money from a clerk at the checkout counter, police said.

He then fled west on Cumberland after she handed over some cash.

Police said he was last seen running west in the area of Sixth and Willow streets.
