MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A Mechanicsburg woman has been jailed on charges she assaulted a police officer while resisting an arrest for trespassing.

Susan K. Love, 62, is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats, criminal trespass, resisting arrest, harassment, and disorderly conduct, Upper Allen Township police said in a news release.

Love is accused of assaulting a family member Thursday during a domestic dispute in the 1100 block of Grandia Flora Drive.

She also made threats to kill the victim during the scuffle, police said.

Authorities said Love did not have permission to be at the home and had been warned to leave earlier in the day.

She was jailed in Cumberland County Prison on $10,000 bail.

The officer did not require medical treatment.
