LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lebanon man was arrested after police said he attacked a woman in her home.
Jose Rosario, 42, allegedly grabbed the woman around the throat as she slept, displayed a knife, and attempted to sexually assault her, Lebanon police said in a news release.
The 22-year-old woman told police she fought off her masked attacker and he fled her home in the area of Third and Chestnut streets early Wednesday.
Rosario was identified and arrested at a home in the 1000 block of Lehman Street. Police said he was known to the victim and her family.
He was charged with aggravated assault, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, simple assault and indecent assault.
His bail at Lebanon County Prison was set at $75,000.
